My wife got a dress stolen out of her room on night two of our stay and it was “found in lost and found” also they up charged us 200 dollars for a reservation that was already made a month previous because my wife want on the reservation . Furthermore i saw a girl getting pimped out to several people on Sunday night of our stay . Very unprofessional. Staff was good but overall experience was ass
It’s a beautiful all inclusive hotel with great night entertainment the only unfortunate things is that the beach is opened to public and it’s always full of kids and other people who are not staying in the hotel

Great staff and resort. Food was great, room was great, entertainment was great, pools were great, spa and massages were great.
The rooms and food were great. Entertainment was ridiculous and immature. Paid for Exhale club and were told our membership level wasn't high enough for Birthday decorations in room or beach bag. Paid for private transfer both ways and were put with other people both ways. This resort has a lot to learn about service. Bartenders not speaking english and not having top shelf drinks at Exhale was extremely annoying. They should put all staff through the training that Secrets does. Disappointing doesn't even come close.
Don't like public beaches.
This was a beautiful property but limited dining depending on the capacity. The Xhale Club is not worth the money. We paid alot and did not receive any perks or benefit for the money.
Entertainment staff was not good. Entertainment Activities were practically non-existent. Food was not that great. This is a time share type of property and they are constantly bother u to buy things. The beach is not a private beach many locals so u have to really watch ur things. Had to always be on guard with staff bothering u to buy or guarded by watching my items. I have been to many of these types of resorts in Cancun and have had much better time and felt so much safer in the others.

Top notch resort. Classy. Upscale. Great service. Wide selection of tasty food options from multiple cuisines around the world. The most disappointing part was that the Unlimited Vacation Club “presentation” took 6 hours to negotiate pricing, though we tried to walk away multiple times. An entire half day at the resort was wasted because of this, and our requests for lunch or a break to enjoy the day were repeatedly denied. They essentially tortured us for something we ultimately did not get, and this experience nearly ruined our entire vacation.
