Very nice property. Tons of eating options that were delicious. Super cool pool set ups. Had everything you could want at a resort! Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
We enjoyed our visit. The name of temptations is reflected in the entertainment. We enjoyed the dining options, breakfast lunch, and dinner. Some staff members in the kitchen went above and beyond to accommodate us and many other guests in attendance: such as Chef Osbeli, Adali & Gloria. I also have to give much love to the ‘house keeping queen’ Guillermina.(she was wonderful) I encourage all new and returning guest to reach out to them if you eat at the buffet restaurant.. Temptation NEVER disappoints! This was my fourth stay and I will be back sooner than later!
Key pass not working most of time
The areas where you had to use stairs was very unsafe specially because everyone is drunk. And also having people wait to make reservations for restaurants was a waste of time specially when their staff were late to start their shift.
Adult fun
All of the staff was top of the line. The timeshare people were kind of pushy. Other than that everything was great. We will be back again.
I loved this resort! You can tell the employees are genuinely happy and love their jobs. Will most definitely be back
Great atmosphere for mature adults
It was hard to get service except in the italian restaurant, buffet, and seafood restaurant. The shrimp in the Sea flirt tasted old. At the Sea Flirt i enjoyed the burrito Breakfast with Guacamole and Pico de Gallo. Fernando did a very good job at helping us get our drinks during the day. The entertainment was not as good as it used to be. The resort has changed so much I don't think we'll be back again.
If you want to party its the right place to go. Party is non stop . You will have alot of fun. The front desk staff is the worse. They try to charge you for things that you dont ask for. I was warned by other people on vacation about this. Please check your bill the night before you check out. My room was given away the day i checked in so i had to take a lesser room for 1 day. The compensation for that was BS. When my bill was wrong i almost had to cause a scene in order to get it fixed because the guy's at the desk was refusing to get the manager. When you check in they set you up to take a your and try to sell you a time share. These people just continue to lie to us. 4 different promises and only 1 was fulfilled.
Everyone was nice and polite and helpful it felt like home
