This was my first time in Cancun and this hotel inspired me to add this to my annual trips. Food is good, beach is good and location is great.

Amazing hotel! Great for families with kids, very safe and secure. The dining options were awesome. The hotel is very clean. The housekeeping team did a great job cleaning twice a day.
Nice hotel
The food was good, the rooms are nice, and the location is not bad. Although I liked Fiesta Condesa’s service better. Not to mention next door’s Hyatt which is amazing. Watch out for the timeshare salesman, he will give you wrongful information for not buying from him.
The stay and property was fine - I had dinner at La Basilic and had the oysters. I returned home the following afternoon to experiencing the worst nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I had to go to the ICU for dehydration and a subarachnoid hemorrhage/hemorrhagic stroke caused by the severe vomiting.
We stayed at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral beach for 4 nights! I am rating our visit a 5 star. If I could give more stars I would: We got to meet some great hard working people! Havanna Steakhouse is a must Raul and his staff were on top of it! The ribeye we both had was amazing . Service 5 star. The Jolla Mexican Restaurant - had live mariachi. Quesadilla and costilla de puerco were delicious. service also a 5 star. CHIANTI - IL CONSORZIO - had live music . We had shrimp and chicken Alfredo was also delicious and service was amazing . Adriana and her team were on top of it. 5 star. NAH K´AAX- Jorge, Isaac, Ricardo, and Alfredo were also amazing . We had taco bar and that was also delicious! Service also 5 star. Breakfast buffet - the food and service was also amazing. I loved how the breakfast varied every day. Service also 5 star. Angeles at VIP reservation was my girl! I understand they have hundreds of people stay and the fact she remembered my name tells you something! She went above and beyond for us. Tony- who we met on the ultramar Ferri was so cool . He ended up being our tour in Isla Mujeres! He was the funnest to be around. He helped us get out golf cart and took us around the island . He made sure at all times we were taken care of! All I can say is that I got to meet the most humble, and the most hardworking people at grand fiesta Americana coral beach. They make you feel cared for and so welcome! The owners should be proud of the amazing staff/ team they have!

Family of 6 trip, It was a good choice for taking the kids along with us. Infinite club was beneficial and made it easy to get the information we needed and a nice reserved spot on the beach!
The rooms are in need of updates. The lobby is quite dark during the day. And if you open your slider the room gets extremely wet from the moisture in the air. However even with that it was a wonderful time.
I loved having the beach and the pool services. The resort was beautiful and well maintained.
The property was excellent. Very clean. From the time we checked in until we checked out everyone was accommodating. We had a group of fourteen and everyone felt comfortable.
Just came back from Cancun. We had a wonderful experience while we stay, staffs are very helpful and patient. Can not wait ho back again!
