This property is beautiful. Really enjoyed my time here, particularly due to the amazing and authentic food/drinks, fun on-site activities, safety and top-notch staff. Special shout out to Alexia and Andrea as they brought the best energy to the on-site activities.

Hotel is not Iike I was expecting will be from the picture. A lot of broken tiles on the floor and inside the shower in the room. Inside the hotel clean but when you look around every thing is old. Over all this hotel need renovation. Food Is ok nothing special. And last day I find out there is mold in my closet room. The best in hotel is margarita in the bar.
The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The place was very clean. The food was incredible. Every single meal we ate was absolutely fantastic. The beach was wonderful. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and warmly received. Every need was taken care of. I highly recommend this place. It is wonderful.

This resort is exceptional!!! We were treated so very well! Our housekeeper left our room immaculate daily. I might mention the pool and beach area restrooms were also IMMACULATE! My sisters and I enjoyed relaxing massages, a pedicure and activities like salsa dancing lessons, and water aerobics. There was live music featuring a horn section and acrobats on Friday night. It was fun at the right time in the right areas and quiet in the right areas for a restful night of sleep. The food selection was plentiful and good!
We really like visiting this hotel because of convenience. It is spacious, has multiple restaurants, and enough things for the kids to do. The only problem we think that needs fixing is the staff shortage. When we visited in 2019, we had staff offering food and drinks. Now, its hard to find a staff member to get drinks. We didnt even ask for food because just how hard it was to find someone.
We loved our stay here. The food options were plentiful, fresh, and delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beach is gorgeous and there were plenty of chairs. I would absolutely recommend staying here.
