The staff at the front desk and Angela one of the maids were super friendly, helpful and professional. The main server at the restaurant was absolutely rude, unprofessional and not polite at all. Is too bad they have someone like she working at this nice decent Hotel. All we wanted was coffee and order breakfast for room service. The experience of ordering with this person makes me never want to go back here.
Great place to stay, very clean friendly staff. ubication is excellent! Great for families!
Property did not give bottles of water at all. And only put one blanket and 1 towel even i paid for 2 guest.

No one spoke English. One woman could pronounce memorized English phrases like, "Passport" and "Sign this." She could not understand questions I asked or a description of how the in-room safe did not work. I had to sign an agreement that was only in Spanish (first time EVER after traveling annually to Mexico for 20 years - it is always Bilingual). The atrium is open air and U-shaped. The dog across the alley (and the hotel is on a narrow alley) is louder than any dog I have ever heard in my life. The barking dog started at any time, from 9:00 AM to 1:30 AM and went on, continuously, for 1/2 hour each time - at least 5 times a day. Sounded like the dog was right outside my door. Too bad because this is also the newest (remodel), cleanest, and stylish hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the world for under $150 a night. Housekeeping is OCD and the place is immaculate. A small pool with 4 chaise lounges. No other amenities. A breakfast cafe was awesome. Friendly staff if you can order food in Spanish and dirt cheap. Coffee is about $0.75 and a HUGE omelette is under $5. Air conditioning blows on one bed unfortunately. Very large LED TV with only CNN-World in English (no daily news, just in depth reporting on boring issues around the world). No step to go into the bathroom. High pressure shower (though the temp varied during the shower).
Very beautiful rooms
Location was great . But the internet signal was not reliable. Also we misplaced our key and had to pay $100 pesos for an additional card key. They wouldn’t let me check in at 252 had to wait in the car until exactly 3pm. The property had 2 pools only one was in use despite the photos. Also upon check out I had to wait for them to inspect the room, that was super uncomfortable. The room listing said city view, all we could see was the back side of someone’s home. The only nice staff encounter we had was with the breakfast server. The others were prissy and not very welcoming.
The location is less to be desired but served its purpose for a short stay. Our TV kept going in and out of service and the internet was either down or they gave us the incorrect password.
This hotel is very nice and clean. I felt like I paid for a top dollar hotel.
It was very clean and a great location .good local restaurants and bus service
Great customer service. Clean rooms. Highly recommend.
Great hotel, staff is friendly easy check in/out . Room was clean police was nearby all the time so made me feel safe . Would definitely visit again in future.
