In defense of the property did they did tell us ahead of time that the pool area would be closed. The biggest problem for us was the park that is also next to the hotel was undergoing renovations, and we did not know that either which was disappointing… Secondly, when you use the bathroom on the top floor where the restaurant is because they have the pool area closed off that is where the sink is to wash your hands so you have no area to wash your hands, which was not only inconvenient, but rather disgusting. All that said, I would give the hotel a second chance once everything is up and running, because I think it is a diamond in the rough for the area it is located.
Wet sheets and blanket, stains through out bed and sheets
The room was very usable and clean. No fridge or coffee machine. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant on the top was very attentive! The staff of 4 took care of everyone's needs as quickly as possible. AND the food was GOOD! The breakfast sandwich is very good and the chilaquiles were better!
Personnel very professional, courteous and helpful. Property opened 8 months ago. Room very clean. Not expensive and close to main Avenida Tulum and different businesses and transportation. Highly recommended.
Showers weren’t as clean as I would’ve thought. Not enough parking space on the property. Had to park several times on the street and our rental car was keyed on both sides of the car.

Me quede con mi familia 1 noche me deje llevar por los comentarios anteriores wue decia 5 estrellas cuando llege todo estaba bien pero subi a mi habitacion y aparentemente estaba limpia pero no era asi el baño sucio y el suelo tambien .... el de recepción me dijo lo siento no hau mas habitaciónes .... pagamos por DESAYUNO ES LO PEOR EL DESAYUNO ERA AMERICANO EL RESTAURANTE TE LIMITA A 1 TAZA DE CAFE A WAFFLES CONGELADOS PEQUEÑOS O UN PLATO DE HUEVO CON FRIJOLES SUPER POQUITA COMIDA LLEVE A MI NIÑA LE DIGE AL MESERO HEY PODRIAS DARME 1 VASO DE AGUA NO! ESO YA ES COSTO EXTRA!
