The Swan is a great family friendly experience with many options for dining, a quick bite, conveniently located to the park & other hotels, The Boardwalk & walkable to Epcot. Great service & amenities.

Awesome hotel!

It’s an awesome hotel very new, clean great location to Epcot and Hollywood post parks are assessable by boat and Skyliner. Service was wonderful coffee in the morning, either downstairs or in your room close to the boardwalk as well.

New addition to the WDW Dolphin & WDW Swan hotels

This hotel (sort of) takes the overflow from the older WDW Dolphin and WDW Swan hotels, and was more reasonably priced. As a guest of the Swan Reserve, you can also use most of the facilities at the Dolphin and Swan, and have early park access on selected days. This hotel is clean, modern, and has access to lots of facilities - including its own pool (plus access to those at the Swan and Dolphin, which may be better for young kids). The only downside is that it’s slightly further to walk into the parks from the Swan Reserve, but that wasn’t an issue for us.
