Awesome hotel for the price
The hotel is fantastic not to mention the staff. We were greeted by the front desk manager Tina who was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The hotel bistro’s food was excellent! My compliments to the chef. Vicky the hotel manager was professional, friendly, and courteous. Our room was clean and can actually smell the cleanliness. Beds comfy. Room was spacious. Only 10 mins away from universal Studios. Pet friendly. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Universal Studios! Thank you to the staff.

Hotel room was very clean. We had plenty of towels and hand towels and they even included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. Connecting to Wi-Fi was easy and although the TV didn't have a ton of channels, it still had all the basics you would need! It's about a 30 minute walk to universal and there are a ton of places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a marriage event and universal visit. Out stay was comfortable. THe breakfast menu had sufficient vegetarian options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was responsive and its location is spot on for Universal and other dining options.
