We stayed at the hotel three nights and it was very enjoyable. The place is super clean and has absolutely everything we needed. The transportation to the parks is very orginized and no long wait time . Coffee, grab to go meals are also available . My only compliant is about Expedia and how they handeled this booking. The hotel was booked few months prior to the trip, I got my confirmation email with all info. We got on the road , I used the address provided by Expedia, and it took me to the wrong hotel. We did wait 55 minutes to get checked in, they told us NO, you are at the wrong place. They refused to Expedia know, claiming no affiliation with the booking platform,but the hotel confirmed they gave me the wrong address. I called EXPEDIA member services, a person with heavy accent told me "you should have used google maps, not out email confirmation " If it wasnt sad, it would be funny...we missed dinner time, everything was closed. Might not be big deal to Expedia, but wasting 55 minutes after long ride its tough. You shouldn't run bussiness like this. You should be ashamed of your customer service. When I called EXPEDIA

The staff at the property were great! We had a wonderful time and the shuttle service to and from was perfect! We will def stay at the property again when going to universal.

I would give this facility 5 stars except I called when the airline changed our flights due to weather and was told one thing and then was told something different when we checked in. We were in a two bedroom suite and cleaning staff only made two of the beds but never made the bed in the second room. We had to ask for clean sheets on day 5 and were handed the sheets and had to change them ourselves rather than housekeeping changing them. The toilet in our room didn’t flush correctly and had to be flushed multiple times each time in order to get toilet paper down (the tank didn’t fill completely so pressure was low). The shuttle service to the parks is amazing. The merch store is well stocked. The pool was nice and there was ping pong as well, which was nice. The g looked very nice. There is a small arcade too. The little market was well stocked. We would stay here again but I will check the cleanliness of the beds and the toilet/sinks before unpacking.

Surfside Inn is a beautiful resort. Stayed in the two bedroom suite, lots of room and very clean. Lovely pool area with many life guards and lots of lounge chairs. Food was good for a good price. Staff was exceptional. Our first encounter was with Sergio on the front desk. Very professional and welcoming. Any staff members we encountered were welcoming and helpful. Bus transportation to the parks were frequent and convenient.

The property was great - clean, friendly staff and just what we needed. There is a Walgreens across the street that looked convenient. We didn’t end up walking over, but it looked like we could have if we needed anything. The shuttle was mostly reliable, but there was one day when there was a long line. We waited about 10 min and then the bus was full by the time we walked up. We were told there was a bus right behind us, but it didn’t come for another 20 min.

We found this resort very good staff were friendly an helpful. Food wash fresh and really quite good. We took this option to be close to the parks and to not need to hire a car, this worked out well. Only negative was one bus driver who was very rude and clearly is of the opinion that only people in wheelchairs can be disabled. Fortunately we are used to the small minded, and certainly an exception rather the rule at this resort.
