I ask for conditioner never arrived . Bad cleaness and they also dont include the parking fee it was more than 150 just in parking . Too expensive restaurant

Good stay for the most part. Loud neighbors the 2nd night, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. Clean feel to most things, the bathroom contained quite a few cobble jobs and cheap fixes. Some of the furniture looked kind of worn and dirty. Spacious room!

Dinning options in the hotel were super convenient. Location was excellent. Room smelled like clorine pool. Water damage on the entertainment center. Faucet in the bathtub was half working. Staff was meh. Not good or bad.
Location is great. Near the universal Studios. Around so many dining options. Room carpets are rather dirty and old. One day they forgot to clean our room. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was cold but knew what they were doing and aolving issues right away
