We’ve stayed here before but it has gone down hill. Upon arriving to our room we noticed a lot of dead grass and unkept areas around the pool. The bathroom had tiny ants every single day. There was a piece of PIZZA under the couch which means the room was properly cleaned in the first place. The kitchen light would go on and off several times so I had to use the natural sunlight so see what I was doing most of the time. The bathtub had black rings around the jacuzzi jets and when the water smelt like chorine despite it being bath water. The arcade was filthy, I couldn’t even allow my child to run around in there. Several items just thrown on the floor, half the games don’t work and there was some type of sticky substance on the floors and rides. It was extremely average and I wouldn’t stay again.

Issues: main sliding door was unlocked and screen was completely broken off. Several of the main floor windows were also unlocked. The coffee maker was filthy, but we couldn’t make coffee anyway since there was no pot! Beds were clean and comfortable, good spot to rest your heads. We won’t be staying there again.

Regal Palms was nice condo was in above average condition, furnished well and for our use larger than necessary. The advertised and reasonably rated onsite restaurant didn’t rally look like a restaurant more like a snack bar on the one occasion when we wanted to use it we walked about three quarters of a mile to find no one in it not even staff. After a short wait we walked back to the car and went elsewhere for dinner. Otherwise RP was a good experience

While it was nice having an entire house for space and privacy,the house was in need of a good cleaning ,it was quite dirty and grungy. The blankets were stained and there was food beside the beds. Doors and handles were sticky and grimy. Always a large police presence at a particular villa on the property at least weekly and a teen? Boy sneaking over the fence onto the property which made us feel ius and our belongings maybe weren’t safe.
