The staff you have at this facility went above and beyond to make sure our stay went perfectly. The security guard even went so far to let us borrow her phone charger brick because we accidentally left ours at home. Everyday we returned from the park our beds were made and it was super clean. Will be staying at this location for every trip we make in this area!

Room is quite old. Toilet needs some upgrading. Breakfast is the same everyday, would be better if there is some more variety and menu changes. But staff are all so nice and very approachable and friendly.

No airport shuttle to the hotel. No tea/coffee available 24/7....that is a must these days. Too many dogs at the hotel....they are everywhere. Sometimes I thought I was at a pet shelter. They stink the place up.

We loved our stay. We stayed for 7 days. We could see the fireworks from our room. The beds were really comfortable. It is less than 15 mins to Disney parks. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. We loved the breakfast, it includes eggs, sausages, english muffins, Mickey waffles, etc. It gets a Little boring after the third day, but it works. We didn’t have a car, but we know the hotel charges daily for parking. I would really recommend this place for staying. And we definitely would return for our next visit. They have a free shuttle to the parks. But we couldn’t get it. It was never available.
