We will never stay in an Hyatt Place again. If you booked a stay for the amenities try another hotel. Our room was never cleaned. We changed our own bedding and the breakfast was pulled before the time indicated. We stayed for 4 nights. It was the worst hotel stay in years. Uncomfortable bed, terrible shower. The only redeeming quality is we left our keys in our car by accident and car wasn't stolen, property is safe.
