Pros: the beach is incredible. The resort is right on the beach. The staff is very kind and accommodating Cons: practically everything is an extra charge. We were a party of 3 in one hotel room. They supplied enough for 2 people. For example, we had to pay extra for a beach chair daily. We had to wait in line for a spot on the beach. At times there weren’t enough beach towels. It was busy season so we were confused as to why they didn’t plan for the extra people at the hotel. Bongos is good for lunch but again we had to wait in line for a table. The servers were running their butts off but still there were guests waiting. The room itself is very awkward. Outlets and light switches are in very weird places and there isn’t any counter space in the restroom. It seems that not a lot of thought went into the planning of the room. The room was relatively update in its decor however the hotel itself is in need of a major renovation! They had cardboard covering one of the windows by the pool and the ladder to get into the pool had caution tape around it. Very tacky.
The beach experience was great, the room and room cleaning service was great. Many restaurants in walking distance. I thought there was not enough lighting around the pool area.
Beautiful location. Excellent service. Food at Bongo Bongo was good for vegetarians. I wish they had more options for vegetarians at the Lounge. The lounge is spectacular for drinks and the view Amazing beachfront access and section for seating by the hotel. The people are so friendly too and great energy
The hotel has communication problems with its various departments. We were provided conflicting information about amenities, room quality, and reservations. The front desk was dismissive of our concerns.
Good location with a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. We're already planning on our next visit.
The property itself is a little dated, but find. The staff made several negative comments about the management that felt inappropriate to share with a guest and made me uncomfortable. The WiFi does not work. I was placed in a different room type than I booked, but they refused to refund the difference.
Staff was awesome. Room was as seen in the pictures. Views amazing from room and rooftop restaurant.

We had a great time at the hotel. Beach, staff and room was great. What could be improved or changed: Pool size is too small. (Sign says I think 17 people!) for a hotel this size should be much bigger. The cabana and umbrella system to sit at the beach is ridiculous! They open at 8am, people standing in line since 7am, waiting for the staff to set up the cabanas and take you to the one you choose. They need to figure out another way but for a resort , that’s is not ok. But we had fun, staff were super polite, room was new, clean and well decorated. Bed was comfy too!

Bedroom was clean, beds confortable, fridge had nasty smell of rotten milk, a/c unit was extremely loud and hallways looks run down and have a musky smell. Location was great and beach very close, pool is very small.
We had a beautiful ocean view, with a clean environment. The pillows could use replacement, 😌. Spinners rofftop restaurant was pricey, and the food could have been better. Restaurant in the area, however were delicous.
I liked that it was right on the beach and the hotel supplied the cabana's and chairs daily. I also liked the happy hours at the roof top bar that overlooked St. Pete's beach.
