Overall property was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there were a lot of families with young kids staying same time there and the kids were running up and down the hallways and the staircases. We had to request change of room because the thumping sound from the kids were unbearable. Also had to call down to front desk several times to raise concern about noise level.
Hotel was not clean
It took forever for the front desk person to check us in. The room was not stocked with toilet paper or towels or tissues. The hotel was quite messy.
Nice and quiet. Place. relaxed stay. Breakfast options are great. Helpful staff and quick check in checkout experience.
The manager doesn’t return phone calls. Out reservation was cancelled without our approval. And; no refund Poor management
A little pricey but great stay! You get what you pay for.
Booked this hotel because it had separate rooms and allowed pets. Room was great, would be perfect for a long stay.
Stayed here for work because location was not a concern. It is nice and quiet in this area of Reno. Suites are roomy and although I didn't use it, the kitchen was nice and clean. Only bad thing is that they ran out of coffee for your room. Only had decaf. And the cleaning crew knocked at 8am! too early! I will stay here again for sure if GS is not avail.

Hotel location was good. Hotel services were very nice. Morning breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly. Overall very satisfactory stay.
Stayed at the Reno locations for 3 days and it was awesome. I'm a Reno native, but never knew it was there. I would stay here again!!!!!
Nice kitchen, good room, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Lot of amenities within a hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking girl a short of long stay
