The hotel itself it not bad. Staff is lazy and unprofessional. Doors were dirty. Nobody cleans it. Fire place was not working. When I asked to fix it they came and said it is not fireplace, but the timer switch is not working and they will order it. What is it? They even don't have spare switch or it can be easily get from Home Depot.Elevator was not working properly all 5 days we were staying there. I order to take off garbage, they said they will, but did not take it. I would not stay there anymore.

Convenient location to be in Reno if not wanting to be in a Casino. Clean and relaxing with parking
No complaints. This was an excellent stay. We loved the breakfast and Monday thru Wednesday happy hour mixer. The food is great! It is a quiet, clean, conveniently located hotel with excellent staff. I highly recommend it.
Very cleand well appointed room, pleanty of room and amenities. Make sure you recieved what you booked. Booked a room with a King bed but recieved a queen bed. Short walk to front desk, for breakfest but not that big of deal. Qestion about room charges. Person who check us in questioned price of advanced booking room, check CC charges on line that night and found an extra $40.00 charge that should not have been there. Reported it to the Manager on day shift , said he would take care of it. Have not re-checked CC charges as of this date. Would recommen but with caution.
