Very clean and nice. Lots of geese and their waste in the parking lot. But otherwise it was great!

Excellent service

We were just here for a quick overnight stay but the property was perfect. We are Hilton Honors members so were able to check in, pick our room (although one was suggested), get a digital key and check out all from the app. I did request two physical keys from the front desk and the woman working was very pleasant and helpful. They have a nice grab and go section of snacks and drinks (alcohol too), as well as a little restaurant and bar. My husband and son had the breakfast buffet which was just enough to fill them up for our road trip. The lobby was open and modern and the room was spacious, modern, clean and quiet. The beds and pillows were perfect. The hotel is located right next to several restaurants, Starbucks, banks, gas stations, etc. so if you are in need of anything you don't need to go far. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I booked this property for 2 days. Due to all of their problems, I left 1 day earlier – wasted $250. Too noisy The property is located next to a busy street/intersection with frequent motorcycle riders at night. It is also quite close to the airport. The drape on the window is a single pane which does not muffle external sounds. To add to that, gests/kids are running and screaming in the hallways after the midnight. Also, lots of dust in a room. Useless staff Due to the noises in the hotel, I woke up and walked down to the reception at around 3 am and asked whether they have earplugs. They didn’t. Then I asked whether they know any currently open store where I can get it. They replied that everything is closed. And that is it. Totally unhelpful. I ended up searching myself and driving 15 minutes to get the stuff. Incompetent staff When I arrived, they tried to give me a room for disabled. I am not disabled. However, they were pushing it onto me and saying that all other rooms are already taken. Then after half an hour, turns out they do have my room that I booked. Incompetent dining staff The dining staff (for breakfast) does not know what they are doing. It takes for them half an hour to serve you a meal, and then another 15 minutes to bring you utensils. They were asking me, a customer, to open doors for their waiter thinking that there is a security lock. I checked, their security lock does not work (or was not active at the time).

The hotel itself is great. However my room was unbearably hot. No one could fix it and there wasn’t another room acYto move me to. HOWEVER, the staff person onsite was helpful. He helped me with addressing the issue. The hotel has lots of food options around it.

Location was convenient. The beds kind of sucked they were very soft and gave me back issues the next day, although I already had back issues prior having a soft bed didn't help, so if you like a soft bed this place is for you. No breakfast or anything like that. They tell you there's a Mc'Donalds across the street lol. If you need a clean place to stay then this ok I suppose.

Room is not clean. No room service: They explained everything at check in but they didn't mention the important fact that they don't provide room service because of covid-19. No one answers the phone at reception.

I booked 4he hotel almost 1 week in advance and i drove over 2 hours to get to the hotel and be told that they over booked and that the room i wanted was not avaliable

Conveniently located close to Renown. Didn’t know it was being remodeled until we got there.

i love the hilton suites i do wish i was told ahead of time about being under construction but again place overall like always was great and the room and staff were wonderful

The shower was awful- either scalding hot water or ice cold, nothing in-between. Way overpriced for a Lowe quality HGI

Thank you for sharing. The geese have been more prevalent in recent weeks due to someone feeding them. We are working to address this situation.
