Nice place to stay, close to Pitt.

Only one elevator working and the rooms keys stopped working every time we went to room. Very convenient for graduations, but restaurant only partially open

We’ve stayed here a few times as my daughter is at CMU. This time there was some construction going on. Our room had been recently refreshed and looked great. Staff was helpful and friendly as always. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was also good. We will be back.

Parking limited expensive with no in and out privileges

Nothing unique. Just easy to get to but nothing special

It served our purpose that it was close to my Doctor's appointment

Staff

I liked my room a lot. It was nice to have a real bathroom (instead of the more modern distributed sink/shower/toilet that complicate things more than help them), a real tub, and a full curtain (instead of showering in a half open space). Also real chairs, desks, nightstands and lots of outlets. Staff was very courteous and friendly, even at 3am. One little inconvenience: I am a vegetarian, and I needed a bit of food late at night. There were no vegetarian sandwiches at all. There was one Hummus pretzels (yum) that I took. For the rest of my stay (3 days) this was not replaced so I wasn't able to snack again late at night. This is totally minor, but I hope hotels will remember that there are other vegetarians around too.

Tanisha who was at the front desk was the most rude person I have ever had the displeasure in dealing with. There was a mix up on there end in the hotel reservation and she was absolutely unhelpful and unprofessional I trying to resolve the issue. I ended up staying at a different hotel because of her. Again tanisha was horrible!

Didn't like: Both faucets were leaking/ dripping, rust in the bathtub, aged carpet, AC blows straight into the sleeper's ear Liked: location, reasonable price, friendly staff

Not very clean. Hair on the bathroom floor. The room smelled of perspiration.

No blankets?? A.C. made annoying "crinkling" sounds. Could not get anything out of complimentary lotion sample!! Staff was lovely and helpful.

Great location to visit University of Pittsburgh. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Friendly staff. The only downside is that the parking spaces are not very wide even for a sedan especially if other spots are occupied by SUVs

Great location to visit both campuses.

Wonderful stay!

Having the room cleaned only after 3 days wasn't great, and we were kept awake one of the nights with a malfunctioning door alarm that would go off every 3 minutes at a level of 90-100 decibels. The staff was friendly and the property was generally clean, although some areas were pretty dated. Parking was also tight - we got the last available spot on 2 nights.
