Property is close to Dusquesne university. Lots of choices to eat in the area and there is a restaurant in the hotel.
Property is in a gorgeous area of downtown Pittsburgh convenient to the concert venue we went to (PPG Paints arena). Was only a 10 minute walk! Hotel itself was modern & the staff was friendly. I really appreciated the valet parking. It made it so easy & they were so quick to retrieve our car when we needed it.

The hotel was good but very overpriced. The room was small and the king bed didn’t seem like it was actually a king bed. Very poor lighting, the room was extremely dark despite using the two small lamps provided. A/C was set on a certain temp but the room wouldn’t stay cool so it turned on every couple of minutes and was very loud. Staff was nice and lots of stuff nearby to do. Overall, not a bad place but not worth the money. I’d need a good deal to stay again.

I loved the location, terrace, lobby, and its interesting history. Was easy to get around from there to experience Pittsburgh! Was disappointed that the bar and restaurant are not open, plus my room was configured so poorly that I was unable to open the closet door (because it hit the bed). Bed VERY comfortable.
