The place didn’t have soaps in the shower. Check in was difficult, they couldn’t find my booking at first and charged me twice. I had fraud issue with my card and went I was explaining the situation to the person in front desk, they weren’t helping. I had to call my bank to change the card. Not a good experience at this hotel
pretty spartan, room had a bed but no chair to sit on. There was a small padded storage bench which presumably was for sitting but that's not exactly comfortable.
Convenient for getting to Amtrak station.

The whole microtel concept was right up front. Large, inviting common spaces, from the coffee shop at the front to the lounge area, and the spacious, modern feeling in-house restaurant. It was a bit loud in these areas in the late afternoon and evening, but easy enough to head up to a spotless, very efficient and comfortable upper floor room to chill out. Had a nice view of downtown Philly from my window. After I checked in, the hostess at the desk said hello by name everytime I was back with a question

This is a great place to stay, except for one thing. The wifi was really poor. It was very hard to get out even the basics like emails. I couldn't access news apps. It was very unpredictable when it would work.

I didn’t know when I booked this that the hotel just opened May 4th 2021. Everything was new and clean. All of the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The parking across the street was easy and convenient. We walked all over the city. There are lots of shopping and food options close by. We would stay again!
