I had a little bit of a hard time finding it, I had to drive around the block before I found it because my GPS was taking me down the street to the parking garage. The staff was amazing and the room was perfect! It was a lot bigger than I expected. Only problem was bathrooms weren’t stocked with towels and wash clothes. We only had one wash cloth for a 2br 2 bath suite.
There was a mix up with our room, but the feont desk staff was prompt to remedy and very helpful throughout our stay.
Great customer service at check in
The place to stay is going to a baseball game. Clean and comfortable.
We had a great stay. We stayed here before a baseball game at PNC park. So easy to walk out of the hotel and to the Home Plate gate. Wilmer was wonderful helping us park in the lot too. He moved his own car to make a space for us pre-game. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning before departing.
close to the stadium, VERY easy to drive up to the property & park.
Pros: 5 minute walk to Acrisure Stadium; staff is very helpful and kind; breakfast when fully stocked is very good Cons: Bed was uncomfortable, pullout bed was unusable (kid slept on the couch instead); shades do not cover entirety of window in any of the rooms so bright in the morning; closet door was off the rail so we couldn't close it; breakfast had no waffle mix our second day; shower had zero water pressure. I paid a HUGE premium to stay here since Taylor Swift was in town ($400 a day). The location is great if you're going to a concert but I would never ever pay this kind of money for this hotel normally. Even with the location to the concert, I feel rather ripped off given the condition of the room. Staff was amazing though.
Location was very convenient and it was nice and quiet in my room.
Great location
The complimentary breakfast offered many choices. Would stay there again! The room was clean and comfortable
Clean Hotel. Great location for Pirates, Steelers games and Stage AE. All within walking distance. Decent breakfast and friendly staff
The shower head was not working properly, lukewarm water. Sofa sleeper has rumpled bedding on it, looked slept in but we did have fresh sheets in closet. Sofa mattress horrible, even for child thin and old, metal frame of bed could be felt. Zero parking spots, parked in lot in a non-space for 27$. Front desk was very nice and helpful with us missing breakfast. Will not stay here again.
When we got to our room we noticed a bug on the bed ...at first glance I thought it was a tick I picked it up and it did not look like a tick so I flushed it down the toilet took a shower came out and found another bug on the bed. I took a picture of it and googled it. It was what appeared to be a bedbug. I called the front desk immediately and they moved us to a second room Nextdoor. when I asked the maintenance guy to come look at the bug he said bedbugs can’t possibly come out during the day (which is a complete myth) and he was also quite rude to us. The same maintenance guy was yelling at children in the hallway for not having masks on ...I get it but there is a friendly way to speak to children. I was not compensated anything just moved from one bedbug room to another.
Nice view and clean rooms, parking should be included in the rent for the room.
