Booked this renowed hotel for my father's 70th birthday weekend. Was So surprised at the report of his room. There was a huge dent in the middle of the bed making him and my mother's rest uncomfortable. My dad said they must have gotten a very old room because everything seemed worn and outdated. This really made me sad because I just wanted my parents to finally get a nice weekend without their immense responsibilities! They were surprised that dinner and breakfast wasn't very appealing either. On top of that, I was charged double at different rates even though I prepaid the incidentals so my parents did not have to worry about their meals. I'm disheartened. There are several hotels to choose from in Pittsburgh. I chose thee classic and best, so I thought, and that wasn't the experience my father got. I'm also waiting to speak with someone from accounting to see why a total of $1,200.00 is pending charges on my bank account from Omni William Penn. I spoke with a kind young woman at the front desk who couldn't explain the charges either. I can't get that experience back for my father. 70 is Big so I tried to do a Big thing for him and my mom. I'm very disappointed
Everything was nice. Staff at the front pressured us a little that we didn’t book through them directly. We tried two nights in a row to go to the speakeasy and each night they closed hours before the written closing time. Otherwise it was very accessible and easy to get to everything. Gym and rooms could use an update.
Beautiful property and the staff were helpful and friendly
Carpeting on 7th floor was old and worn. Bathroom was tiny. Decor was dated and shabby. Wishing the rooms were as nice as the lobby. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good, but tasted of mold.
A grand hotel that has been well maintained and improved. Absolutely an excellent experience. Staff was super.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Omni! Overall a great experience!

Hotel waa beautiful, staff weee amazing. Bathroom was small and restaurants were just ok.
Monique at the front desk was so kind. I really appreciated how thoughtful she was during our check in. She is a gem!!
The room was insanely small for a "deluxe king" and felt no more than a 200sq ft room even though we were sold on a 300sq size. Cleanliness was overall good and the bed was nice and fairly firm but they only had lumpy old king pillows that offered poor neck support. Another unfortunate detail is that they do not have a pool: 3.5 star
Classic downtown hotel. Elegant lobby. Only downside were bed pillows....exceptionally flat and uncomfortable.
The bathroom was small and the tub shower handle was falling off the wall. Very outdated. Carpets look dirty in halls. Lobby is gorgeous. Thought I was getting a deluxe room but just average and view was a building no view. Parking was a nightmare. Only hotel parking was valet but orbitz site said onsite parking $20 a day and the valet made us park in public area across street as we did not want to pay the 38 a day for valet. The valet were rude.
Staff was great…. Car valet, doorman, front desk, bartender. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.
