We wanted to be in the middle of town. We were glad to be near access to the Philly Phlash buses that took us (seniors) on a free ride around the downtown, parks, and museums. We were able to get out at any place we wanted to see, able to get back on and continue at our leisure.

Not on par with other Autograph Collection properties. Our room needed a makeover. It was very dark and poorly lit. The ceilings were cracked, there were gaps between the tile and the walls in the bathroom. There was a dark water ring lining the tub (as if standing water had been in there for quite some time.) One of the mirrors in the bathroom was hanging off of the wall. When you pull into valet, no one offers to assist you with bags and there are no visible luggage carts. I have stayed at Sofitel on numerous occasions (at a lesser cost) and the service and accommodations were impeccable. I wanted to try this property because the pictures online are beautiful and I've stayed at Autograph Collection properties before and had great experiences. This was disappointing.

The staff were beyond friendly, accommodating and the location itself was convenient for travel and we had a beautiful view from the room. Absolutely worth a stay again in the future.
