This boutique hotel is fabulous! An 11 on a scale of 10. We absolutely will Stay here again . If you can’t do steps probably not the place to stay . That’s the only negative.
It is without an elevator so that customers should be strong to carry their luggage.

The property was a perfect little oasis in busy Pittsburgh. Room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel was accommodating to our every need. Breakfast was amazing!! Great stay! We will be back.

Thank you for the review. We do have a lot of stairs to climb and you are correct, we do not have an elevator, but do we have helpful attentive staff who will gladly assist you with your luggage. Please keep in mind for your next visit, you can reserve the first floor suite, the Braeburn, which is just as charming as our other rooms, but without the stairs.
