Love everything about this place, staff, location, cleanliness.
Clean comfortable rooms. Good food. Roomy.
Needs some updating. Stained carpets and worn chairs/couch. Tiny tub/shower. Needs some additional cleaning and quality checks. Hair dryer was greasy. Gross. Sticky floor. A/C was running and room was 58* when we arrived. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and sausage were cold. Eggs were salty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were great. Nice location on the river.
Doors are loud when entering and exiting your room. Other than that it was a lovely stay.
Woke up to bedbugs at 3 am. Front desk changed the room however we couldn’t sleep. Requesting a refund. New room had stink bugs on bed. I have pictures and video.

The view was gorgeous! I loved our room, very lovely breakfast, I was very disappointed that we weren't allowed to check in until 3, so I couldn't change before our event. And by the time we got back to check in the pool was closed.....very disappointed in that.
Nothing. The room was not ready at our suppose check in time. Over an hour. The room was 272 dollars to remind you for one night. The employee at the desk was rude and not understanding that we had drove hours and was tired. As soon as we get into our hotel, the bathroom was filthy and wrappers everywhere. Also, the ceiling was leaking. The tv did not work properly and the bed was terrible. The fire pit and chairs we thought we could enjoy- to many drunk people out there... not relaxing at all We didn’t sleep at all. Our backs hurt so bad due to the bed. So, we go to leave the next morning and thought we’d at least get breakfast... it was serving from 7-10. Remind you it was 7:45 am. There’s no breakfast but all employees are outside smoking and talking about how they wish that had a jet, an island. While there is glass and pickles all over the drop off lane. There was nothing I liked about that stay! Don’t go to that over priced dump! It would be a lot better if you’d stay at the hotel next door. It’s a hell of a lot cheaper and the employees are awesome. We would of stayed there but they were sold out!

Location is very good; property is clean if a little shabby. WiFi was very spotty and slow. Hilton wants you to pay for faster speeds; I didn't try that version. The TV service is Dish so out of about 40 channels, some seemed to be out--no streaming services available. My bathroom vent had a drip right over the toilet. The breakfast was grab-and-go because of COVID but they ran out of items like milk cartons.
The hotel is old, rust on the shower, shower heads old and don’t work properly. Water pressure extremely low, grounds by the water not upkept
