Besides the walls, being thin, we had to call three times because there was a ton of people in the room surrounding us. They would not quiet down, and we were up both nights until after two in the morning because of it. I can’t believe the police were not called for this, I can’t believe there was nothing done after our complaint. Our toilet broke and we had to call to have it fixed at 9 PM. It was a miserable two nights we would have left in the middle of the night had we felt it was safe to do so extremely disappointed and our first trip, and last to Pittsburgh.
Very nice suite but heater was very loud
The room was clean, but the public areas were really dirty. Trash littered the floors and it look like it had not been vacuumed in days. When you arrive, there was a trash bag thrown in the corner near the elevators, and stayed there all night. You could hear everything from the neighbors through the shared door, and the front door. there seems to be no acoustical separation. We had hoped to use the pool in the gym, but that was closed with no warning prior to booking. Then it seems like the neighbor above us was throwing beer cans onto our balcony. We notified security, and they seemed to have taken care of it, but it was unsettling.
Hotel and room were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall no issues and recommended

This was a clean place and was larger than your average hotel room. There was a broken sofa inside the room with a broken and unusable sofa bed. The closet didn’t have any sheets to fit the sofa bed. The water pressure here was really poor. That was probably the biggest disappointment in this hotel.
The place was perfect for a one night stay with kids. The pool is smaller but clean and nice. The staff is super friendly and breakfast was good.
Great location, reasonably new facility but the furniture was filthy. I feel sorry for the person that wants to actually use the roll-out bed, it was dirty, broken down and uncomfortable. I didn't even want to sit on the couch. The rest of it was OK, for the price, but nothing to get excited about.

The hotel was okay. Rooms are okay. Towels were super ruff not soft at all. It’s in a good location.

The room was spacious and bed was reasonably comfortable. Furniture was all right. TV set was useful. The number of elevators was quite limited and the one existing elevator was slow and creaky. Hallway temperature was warm. The dining area was rather small for how many guests needed to eat breakfast there. I lost my phone charger and it wasn't placed in lost & found area (I never recovered it). There was a stink bug in the room when we first entered.
I chose this hotel because it was close to my daughter’s apartment complex that we was visiting.
