Hotel directly on the beach with easy beach access for folks with limited mobility. Nice bar/restaurant next door with great calamari and pizza. Easy drive to downtown Feradina.

This hotel is awesome in terms of location and service. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are comfortable enough for a family of 4. Great view! The walk-in shower was great. Breakfast was included and it is ok. There is enough variety though. We were surprised by this hotel. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Amelia Island. This hotel is highly recommended!

Great location with nice breakfast room

Just a quick stopover on drive home. Great location. Beachside property with an unaffiliated restaurant in front of it right on the beach. Bathroom was nice. I had the smallest room which was tiny, more like a 3rd bedroom at home. Too small if you’re staying more than a couple of days. 1 chair provided. Breakfast had a good variety. It didn’t look like any rooms looked straight out for an ocean view. Mine looked at the street but didn’t care as I was at the beach. Drove downtown as we left and had only time for a stop in an antique store. Very nice downtown area. Will come again for longer to do more sightseeing. I tried calling front desk ~9pm and no one picked up. Had to go downstairs for assistance. I told front desk that the voicemail still said they were closed due to Irma which was years ago!

The location of this property is perfect. Easy parking and walkable to several restaurants. Free hot breakfast was nice feature as well.

Loved the Boutique feel. Didn’t feel like a run of the mill hotel. All of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Lobby still under renovation but rooms were great! Nicest people working front desk & breakfast. Kudos for a great staff AND a great location!

The best part about the hotel was its location. 1.They changed my room from one with a balcony to one without and refused to adjust the price. After arguing with the staff, they took off $20/night. 2. I was notified 2 days prior that they are going through renovations and that it was going to be noisy from 9 a.m to 6. But it was major renovations limiting access to the elevators and hotel lobby bathroom, it was dusty. This was spring break and everything else was booked. I was paying $350/night 3. I was told my water was going to be shut off for 1 hour (for renovation purposes), over 4 hours later, I still had no running water 4. Room was dingy, rusty.. towels, pillow cases, sheets are old looking. Ice machine out of order 5. You have to reserve beach chairs ahead of time through a 3rd party (the hotel picture suggests otherwise) 6. Last night there, a couple of guys (I assume guests) decided to run around the hotel banging on doors and run away, mine was at 4:30 in the morning. I contacted the front desk.. 20 minutes later, I heard another door being banged on. In the morning, when I asked the front desk about the incident, no one knew what I was talking about. I'm glad it was my last night since there's no security available and no follow-up

The extra door lock (door bar) was not present in my room, the ball that usually connects to the door was missing so there was no way to lock my door to prevent anyone with a master key or key they did not turn in from getting in my room and the balcony door was so rusted it was difficult to lock

Location and Mindy checking us in.

The front desk Mindy is the best person , very kind and helpful. We arrive late and she call the restaurant on the side for food for us . The hotel smell good and the room very clean

Jacqueline and all the staff are fantastic! Loved the location and the renovated property! We had a great time.

Good location right in the beach, but that’s it. The property is dated with stinky passages / corridors, not much emphasis was given to cleaning in our room, the bathroom was not clean with hair etc. on the floor and in the basin from the previous resident. The carpet inside the room was also not clean .The staff upon check-in was not friendly (they were not rude as well!), nobody cares about you having a good experience. The complimentary breakfast was so-so. We checked out a day early as we couldn’t stand the hotel & our room. All in all a bad experience.

Very nice staff

Great little room for a weekend getaway very clean and friendly staff, covered parking which was a plus for our topless roadster.
