A mis amigas y a mi nos encanto el Hotel ,las personas de la recepción un encanto , algo que diría es que me pareció un poco costoso las bebidas y comida en el bar de la piscina , pero en general el hotel es acogedor y limpio :) volveré pronto .

Very nice hotel, great front beach location, food was delicious, specially the octopus tacos. Staff was friendly and helpful, makes sure you bring bug spray bc mosquitoes are something. Taxi from the ferry was $100 pesos one way, very affordable. Breakfast was ok staff very friendly overall good experience we would definitely come back and recommend to stay at the Dreams hotel

Worst experience of any hotel property I've ever been to. I booked a double room premium paid much more for that room for my mother's birthday. And at arrival they put me in room number 7. It was such a small room and when I address the issue they didn't fix it. Avoid this at all cost because it might happen to you, Wi-Fi sucks. It logs you off every 30 minutes, no TVs in the rooms, and the pools are super super cold because the Sun never hits it.

Unfortunately this hotel was a big disappointment. Service from staff was very bad with the exception of Valeria at the front desk and Javi at the beach bar. Also, there was no hot water. Showers in room were luke warm at best. Also, internet was very spotty, most days it just didn’t work. This was our second stay on Isla Holbox and this hotel just didn’t measure up. Great hotels are right near by though - Hotel La Palapa (excellent!) where we stayed on our previous visit and the Tierra Del Mar Hotel (where we will stay in our next visit).

Lovely place Javi is the best! Everything was easy Location great- but you pay fir being so local from neighboring music blasting until midnight I would still stay here again

Great location, place and staff. Special thanks to Victor for going above and beyond.

Great location, great beach, great staff. My major complaint was that my room didn’t have any Wi-Fi signal the entire time. Wi-Fi was great at restaurant and beach, but from my room it was non-existent. If you’re trying to work or communicate back home, it’s not possible here (or at least not from where my room was).

We stayed two nights at the property and they had issues with water on both days. On day one, we returned after a 9hr tour in the sea dreaming about a shower only to come back to no water in the room. We had to wait at the bar for over an hour, all sweaty and salty, until they turned the water back on. Btw, the entire property had issues, so there was no water in the kitchen as well but they still continued serving food and drinks to people, which technically should've been a safety concern. On day two, an hour before checkout, there was no water in our room again, this time the issue was isolated to just our room. They refused to let us check out later or give us another room, so we could shower before checking out. Wifi was also not working in the room at all. Other than that, the food at the restaurant is really good and beach is nice. Not enough lounge chairs though. The breakfast was kinda meh as well. Overall, just be prepared for potential issues since this is a small island with terrible cell phone reception and frequent power issues.

The property has a great location, and was clean and comfortable enough. We upgraded to an ocean view room, however, pictures on Orbitz did not accurately describe room. Also no room safe to store valuables.

There was construction going on at the waterfront from 9am to 7pm every day including the weekend. Also the hotel next door had a competing bar with loud music, so lounging at the beach was not an option with overlapping music and loud construction noises. We went elsewhere during the day

Amazing property! 3 minute walk to city. Very safe! Excellent staff! Restaurant is very good. The continental breakfast was perfect! Comfortable beds! Beautiful beach! I could write a book! You won’t be disappointed! Lucy and Antonio are amazing!

Very happiest with the staff, so nice with everyone and the plus is the owner taking care personally. We stay 3 days.

We have a nice time there. We meet Diana the pet from the hotel also good view from the beach.

The staff was great! Victor and Angie really made a good stay a great one! All the staff was friendly and helpful/prompt. Wish the Island wasn't blowing up so fast, the electricity kept going on and off, but that's an Island problem, not specific to the hotel. My mom uses a Cpap machine to sleep, otherwise it didn't bother me any. The accessible beach front and the proximity to the plaza was awesome!

After a very long day of travel, we arrived later in the evening at Dreams Hotel. Benjamin (front desk staff) was ready for us with cold bottles of water and a friendly smile. He was very helpful and nice during our check in and even gave us a map with some recommendations for drinks, coffee, dinner, etc... Everything you read about the staff here is true...every single staff member we met was courteous, friendly and helpful. We had room 21, a second floor room with a balcony that overlooked the beach and ocean. It was fantastic!! Every night we sat outside and enjoyed the ocean breezes. We slept with the windows open at night and feel asleep to the sound of crashing waves! We loved it!! The beach in front of Dreams is nice and has plenty of chairs. There are a lot of palm trees that provide quite a bit of shade...we had to change/rearrange our seats several times throughout the day to stay in the sun as it moved! The hotel is in a very good location. Close enough to town but far enough down the beach that it is very quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is located right on the beach. It is close to the main square so it is very convenient. I stayed at this hotel a year ago and I think it tripled in size since then. It is not as quaint as it was but still a great hotel.

We were so happy at this hotel. The pool was great. It was right on the beach and the beach was beautiful. It was quite and just a short walk to the main square. The sister hotel had amazing Italian food. We wish that we could have spent more time here.

The hotel room and grounds were very impressive. Very clean, well kept, and beautiful garden flowers and plants. It felt tropical without being overdone. The beach was clean with beautiful white sand. You could swim out a long distance and have shallow water which would be great for children. It had a feeling of privacy which is exactly what we were looking for. I would definetely be staying there again.
