The elevator is old small and slow, its more a two star hotel , good to spend one night , close to the center and the ferry , the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are ok no blackouts with a lot of light from the street and music from the bar behind the hotel, pillows and beds extra hard , air conditioning super cold
Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Old and ship furniture. Good Pool. No terrace service.

Nice simple property, but extremely noise. Thin doors and lots of hallway noise day and late night. Construction work on rooms. Hammering all day.
We have stayed at this hotel approximately 7-8 times, it’s the only place we would consider in cozumel, location is great, hotel is always kept spotless & we love the pool on the roof
Location was great. Near main plaza for shopping and entertainment. Across the street from the ferry and one block from the rental cars. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. If lucky you can get a beautiful ocean view.
I liked the location but not the noise from Wet Wendy's. Nothing you can do about that, though. LOVED the included breakfast. Good internet and we got Netflix in English which was really nice. The housekeepers keep it really clean and the roof top pool area is just lovely. We enjoyed it.
