Room had a great view of the river, battleship. Poor cleanliness in room and windows. No fridge and safe not working. No staff guidance or intercom announcement after an inadvertent fire alarm cause all guests to evacuate. Room was to be made up each day and we again requested the room/towel service with housekeeping, but on returning in the late afternoon the room had not been touched.

I loved that this hotel was within walking distance of a lot of bars and restaurants. They also have a nice pool that is open until either 9 or 10 pm...I forget. Since the hotel is by the river, the lobby does have a bit of a smell. The view from our room was awesome! On the downside, there was no refrigerator which was a little disappointing. Overall, I had a great time staying here and would visit again.

Other than a great location, you get very little for your money at this hotel. I paid $350 for the night, there is No breakfast, Parking is extra $20 per night, no in-room coffee maker and no bar fridge. The room was small (two queen river view) and has been cosmetically updated with the exception of the toilet. The toilet is from the 70’s and is unusually low to the ground. This hotel lacks basic security, anyone can walk into the hotel and go up the elevator to any floor no keycard required. Parking key did not work and front desk staff told me to try it again which it still didn't function and I was stuck at the gate with a car behind me. Luckily another guest helped with their key. So many other great hotels at half the cost out there. I thought I was spending a bit more to get something nice, I was wrong.

Rooms were a little outdated. Toilet was not bolted onto the floor and was very unstable, bathroom was filthy and covered n the previous guests hair, air conditioning was not adjustable and room stayed at 66 degrees. Restaurant on site was a bit trashy with no half decent wine selections

The lobby smelled of sewage. This was due to the pump station right next door, according to the front desk staff. The king bed was not memory foam or even memory foamed topped. The room itself was very clean, and very small.

Riverside, perfectly located in downtown Wilmington. The only issue was the door didn't close easily. I failed to mention it to the staff. Room 704. Front desk staff were great to deal with.
