Beware, there is major remodeling going on in the common areas. The lobby is a tiny temporary area off the tenth floor elevator and the breakfast area is a small, sad conference room. Orbitz and Hyatt Place had this pretty important information, buried under the “policy” section half way down. So imagine our surprise. Shame on someone…. Stay somewhere else.

I will never stay here again !!! I was charged for valet parking for the three days that I stayed in this establishment mind you I don’t have a car nor do I know how to drive. Now u have to wait for them to refund me back the rest of my security deposit

I have no complaints. My room was very clean, a little dust on the coffee pot but nothing major. Staff were very professional and well as helpful in assisting me. I will definitely go back.

While the room and associates were very nice - I feel that the charge to park your car is a bit much. I may understand a one time fee but to charge $35 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday in my opinion is way to much. This information was not presented until after the room was booked. Parking at your hotel should be free for people staying at your hotel.

The guys at the valet were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is under some construction so the breakfast area was a little weird but the food was still good. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Spectrum Center. There was noise from the construction but it didn’t start until about 12 that afternoon. Overall, I would stay again!

They are under going renovation at the moment and a computer glitch only briefly slowed check in. Staff was great, courteous and got me in my room quickly. No free parking however.
