We reserved a river front view but our room was on the side, not much view except rooftops next door. The room was clean and quiet, however the sofa was very old and in poor condition. The bed was very comfotable, the room was serviced daily with towels. It was a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is not quite as good as it used to be, the food was often cold and some items were not edible, yet other items were good. Hit or miss I guess. The tv in the bedroom did not work but a call to the front desk and it was promptly fixed.

This property has the worst front office and housekeeping staff. Out of 6 employees I managed to talk to, 5 were full of lies. I can name them all. All I want for them to check is a pair of pants I left in the closet. The 5 employees after chasing for 2 days, only 1 who is decent enough to talk to me and offered help. The rest of the 5 were just promising to get back to me but never did. WORST HOTEL FRONT OFFICE STAFF I encountered. I am a platinum user of Orbitz. I travel a lot. This hotel is the Universe's worst customer service.

Vary quiet. Loved happy hour. Well takes care of property. Right next to the river.

Always stay here when I can. Staff and rooms are great. Evening cocktail hour and breakfasts are great too.

Great location, Needs to be a bigger pool, You pay to much for parking, staff needs training, Was stared at in the parking garage by staff member, like why are you here, found out later they worked the front desk at breakfast staff at front desk wanted to give me lecture when just needed parking validated. Dogs near the restaurant not cool dogs in hallway and elevators in case u are allergic to pet hair etc breakfast is good stains all over the couches and chairs near restaurant

The design of the building and the customer service of the staff.

Staff was very courteous. I would definitely stay here again when in Wilmington.

Excellent location

Beautiful room and lobbies. One elevator was damaged and in bad shape inside.

The property is very modern and clean. It has decent views of the river from our 3rd suite.

The suite was huge and had everything you could ever want in a hotel room. Especially liked that there was a separate bedroom with a door that separates it from the livinng area. The only negative was the extremely weak water flow in the shower.

The check in process was cold and impersonal. Did not feel like a welcomed guest. I asked about parking my large vehicle and was told I could "park on the street and move it before 9am". I had no idea where or what street. The valet attendant was mildly helpful although scattered and forgetful. We had to remind him we were waiting and needed a ticket, etc. Did not feel welcome on this property. Did not see a single employee wearing a mask, (reception, valet, cleaning, or at the breakfast). Sanitizer and wipes dispenser were empty/non-existant, and a majority of the guests were not wearing masks in public places/elevators, etc. Did not feel like any precautions were being taken during a pandemic. Disappointed in this stay. Property was beautiful, room was clean.

I have nothing specific to say.

Everyone was extra nice. Stay was amazing! Will be back…
