OK for what it is bug will not return. The location is great. The staff during checkin were notably rude. Held us along with a huge group of people until a few mins after 4pm due to max capacity. I think it was just due to lack of organization. Note to staff: check-in says 3pm on your room doors yet checkin is actually at 4pm.
Nice hotel. Lots of construction around the area. Needs some updating - soft mattresses, messy bathroom.

We weren’t given our 2 queen bed room that we had originally booked due to the fact that the hotel “overbooked rooms for the night. That made it an uncomfortable night for 4 adults.
The rooms and hotel it’s self was beautiful. Would totally come back and stay!

Thank you for being our guests. We are valet only and staffed 24 hours a day. It does take about 15 minutes for each car, they may have been away from the desk for a short time. Glad the garage parking worked out well and you had a nice stay.

We are pleased to hear the location met your needs well. The downtown area is full of things to do and places to dine. Our check in time is 4pm, we did have a full house and working very hard to have rooms ready for the large crowd. We are sorry this affected your stay. We will work on updating those room doors.

We apologize for the discomfort. The units are controlled by the thermostat and could be that it just needed a reset due to the unseasonably warm days we have been having. We do hope you let us know at departure so we could check the unit. Thank you for letting us know.
