Definitely will not be staying here again. It is actually connected to a 24 hour gas station and near a bus station, so a lot of foot traffic and shady characters walking around the parking lot. The room itself was not that clean and floors were nasty to walk around.

The picture is not what it looks like in person !! It’s in the same parking lot of a Hood ass gas station ! People was loud all night , felt unsafe to even walk to my car it was a $50 fee when I got there! I wouldn’t stay here ever again

I suggest this only for business stays. NOT A FAM

The surrounding is no joke flooded with homeless. There is a gas station directly in front of the hotel with no fence separation. we waited at the front desk to check in for roughly 30 min with a line of people behind us waiting as well. Not much of a lobby at all. The first floor was a terrible location, we heard homeless and sirens all night and day because our room window is facing the gas station. We also was very disturbed by the front desk arguing with a women client over her overstaying what she paid, the front desk didn’t show proper customer service and was more so rushing everyone.

Property sits in a parking lot with 2 gas stations in front of it. Which had people getting arrested and drama all night long. Property would not allow any visitors period and had so many rules it felt like a prison and plenty of signs saying if you break any of these rules you will be put out with no refund. It was loud and just didn’t seem welcoming at all. Would never stay at a Microtel again after this

The lobby is covered in bullet proof glass and you have to be buzzed inside to check in. The hotel is essentially in a gas station parking lot that is noisy all night. Worst hotel ive been too. Would like a refund.

When I initially booked the hotel the outside pictures make it look so much nicer than the reality. While inside the hotel was fine, though under the bed there was a layer of dust or dirt if not both that had accidentally been discovered. Outside was horrendous. The amount of people hanging out outside of it doing either drugs or just hanging around was staggering. There are two gas stations basically touching the front parking lots and makes it feel very unsafe to leave my car in that parking lot. We arrived very late in the evening and if that had not been the case we would have preferred to stay somewhere that felt safer. The shower in the bathroom leaked water all over the entire bathroom floor, and the room was muggy when we entered because the A/C was off. All of this would be fine if the outside had not been so different to the ad.

Mr. Ricky (The Receptionist) Was So Nice & Sweet. He Made The Check In Process Super Easy & Quick. The Hotel Itself Was Located In The Same Parking Lot As A Gas Station So Traffic Was Pretty Bad. Hotel Does Need Some More Parking Spaces But Overall, I Enjoyed Mi Stay @ Microtel

Eh.

It was definitely a little sketchy from the outside. I pulled in, passing an ambulance and three patrol cars in the parking lot (that is also shared with a gas station). I checked in (very friendly staff), then went to my room. Room was nice and clean, but sheets were on the top of my comforter which was kinda weird, but I just flipped them around. Sounds of traffic (including sirens) were heard all night. Also, when I went to my car, there were people sitting on the sidewalk, taking back a few Morelos. As a solo female traveler, I did feel safe in the room, but would not have ventured to the parking lot unless I had to. For a one night stay, just needing to rest my head, it was fine. But not somewhere I would stay multiple days.

I did not ask for a handicapped room but that's sort of what we got. There were no handrails around the toilet; the shower handheld part had nothing to hold it so it had to be held the whole time; thw seat in the rub was too low for anyone but a child to use and there was a very strong odor of some type of disinfectant so that it affected trying to use the dining. Plus, it was about 100 degrees heat index & they had a fireplace going in the lobby. On a good note, the beds, linens & towels were great & the room was clean
