The property is very well-maintained! Our room was super clean, and we were impressed with the size of our room and convenience of the layout of the hotel itself. All staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for any event at PNC arena.

The main problem with this hotel is that they don't clean your room unless you leave before 8:30 am or explicitly tell the front desk that you want your room to be cleaned. This kind of service is disgusting

When I went to check in with my son, I was told we weren't getting the two queen beds I had reserved, but a king bed and pullout couch. They said it was the fault of Orbitz/Expedia because the room was guaranteed. So the blame goes to both the Hyatt Place and Orbitz. NEVER AGAIN!
King suite was clean and spacious. Definitely would stay again
I think the hotel remodel was only mostly complete. My shower head barely provided water. They did replace it while I was there. It shouldn't say it has a restaurant because it doesn't. I don't think free breakfast counts as a restaurant and is misleading. There's also no restaurant nearby. The staff was all new. They were very nice but all in training. . .
