The room a/c did not work. The room was humid throughout the night. We had to turn it to 62 degrees to get it cool enough to sleep in. The signs by the elevators were coming off. We dropped off our luggage when we arrived because it was too early to check in. We were told that the conference room that housed our luggage would be locked. When we checked in later that day, we were told that the room was open, but nobody brought us to to room, so we guessed which one it was and told them it was locked. They laughed at us when we were lead to a different room that was unlocked. So not only were our bags exposed to anyone in the hotel, we were treated with disrespect when we went to retrieve them.

Beautiful pool area! Really good free breakfast. Clean room, comfortable bed! Hallway dirty and older carpet/ doors but room has been updated. Would stay again.
