Great location for the price with large rooms and all rooms having a beach view. Parking in front of the hotel for rooms on floor 7-8 and parking across the street for the other room levels.

The check in was terrible and host and hostess at the front desk ignored us and they went upstairs. I waited for 17 minutes at the front desk for them to come back downstairs. There was no explanation of why they decided to leave us downstairs. The website stated offered amenities. The pool was dirty and unclean, the coffee was downstairs , no brochures or restaurant's information. NO timeshare events. This was a terrible stay

Old bldg- Slept Well, would stay here again.
I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. I wouldn’t want to spend a ton to stay at this one, but if the price is right, all the rooms are ocean view, it was clean, and the the bed was comfortable. The place as a whole is old-old-old with face lifts. Temperature of the room was great. Set up of the room is interesting; you walk into the room, and there’s your bed within arms reach, proceed further towards the ocean view side of the room and there’s a kitchen and rinky-dink couch. Bathroom was clean and larger than another 70s style hotel I’ve stayed in down here. ( OceanV) . If the price was right, and I imagine it would be compared to a 5 star hotel, I would stay here again based off of how I slept.

Nice spot to rest
I had a great stay here. They had bedroom separate of ocean viewing but this lead to darker sleeping conditions and I need that to sleep. I enjoy the full wall mirror in living area. The kitchenette was perfect for my morning oatmeal. The view from balcony was delightful in the morning, hearing the waves was calming. The front entry way was where I located some good coffee and tea for my trip back to

Business Trip to VA Beach
This place calls itself a "resort" but that is just another scam to stick you with a "resort fee". This place is not a resort at all, nor is it a high quality hotel. I have been to resorts and this place is merely an old waterfront motel/hotel. The furniture is older than stuff you will find in college dorms, the doors have no seals at all and wind flows under and through the jams, the small kitchenette cabinets were all greasy (I had to clean them) and the staff barely acknowledged me as a paying guest. One acted as if I was bothering her with checking out. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they want a bargain basement motel with a fancy name and an unethical "resort" fee. Again this place is a motel, not a reosrt of any kind.

Nice view
The suites are nice, but the living room area was only supplied with a couch. Missing a chair, lamp, table, sort of not quite finished. Since it was only overnight and we were out most of the time, it didn't really matter except that husband couldn't read in that area - not sufficient light.
