I have a more bad to say than good. The lady at the front desk was really nice to me (name starts with a P). However, when I got to my room, I was disappointed. The buttons from the phone in the room were missing so I couldn’t even call to the front desk to tell them how humid my room was when I walked in so I had to walk downstairs to tell her to adjust the room to AC. I booked for a king sized bed and got a double queen bed and wasn’t even notified. For my troubles, Ms.P said she would load some points to my account,I haven’t seen them yet. I’m not sure if I will be returning here.

I was surprised to see a microwave in the room because other reviews and past experiences there were none. Disliked only getting one bottled water for the room. When asked told you had to purchase more. There were 3 people staying in the room

I booked a double queen room 2 weeks in advance for the weekend of Christmas. (I also paid in advance) upon arrival the manger explains that there’s no other double queen rooms available and that she could move me to a king handicap room. Being that it’s 1am in the morning I accepted this and proceeded to go to my room. Shortly after waking up about 8am I noticed that this room was very hot and sticky. I called down to report that the ac doesn’t work in this room. The receptionist asked me why didn’t I report it last night? I explained to her that I checked in at 1am and didn’t realize that there was an issue untill a few hours later. She basically told me to do what’s best for me. She also stated that she would have the manager give me call to fix this issue it’s been a full 24 hours and I haven’t received a call. The filter needed to be changed according to the thermostat I will never stay here again at all the experience was not one to remember

Very friendly. Beautiful hotel. Great location. So many restaurants and places for shopping, movies etc. Next time I come to Chesapeake, I’m booking here.
