Poor service at the front desk, had to go to the front desk three times to get a new key key did not work, TV doesn’t work, new shower curtain in the shower, bathroom is dirty toilet is dirty

We looking for have inside pool and stay longer. But no pool for my children. Just disappointed

Filthy smelled like cigarettes smoke. Door hanging off the hinge. Holes in carpet. Nothing like the pictures displayed.

The lobby smelled like car pee. The rooms we're not ready at 3pm. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes. The 1st room had a TV that didn't work and it took 20 minutes for someone to come fix it. Then I found drug paraphernalia on the floor so they switched our room which had a big hole in the wall behind the door, the bed was squeeky, the pillows were flat and there was no hot water in the morning just lukewarm. They need to work on these issues for guests to be 100 percent satisfied with their stay.

Checked in...and immediately had to share our room with roaches. Not a good way to start. Needless to say....we checked out and found a different hotel.

I did not spend any nights here,when I arrive got my room the room was not clean the bathroom was very filthy so I have to room key back and left

This place was awful. The wifi didn’t work and the room phone didn’t work. It smelt like weed throughout the entire place. I was told to check if the hot water & air conditioner worked before I “settled in.” A motel 6 would have been more pleasant.

Loved my stay i was happy with everything the pool room was clean and the area peaceful im comming back again 😎

I got bad rash due to bed bugs .. never again will I stay there.

It was clean and the front desk person was very friendly

Staff was very helpful. Place was dirty, only a sheet on bed, luckily a blanket was in the closet. Heard
