Fire alarm set off one of the morning no direction from staff. Damaged wall by room entrance. Shower is not your usual shower to use, I overheard multiple complaints, when given a run run down an a explanation of the shower should be added
The staff was amazing, extremely friendly. The continental breakfast was substantial. Very impressed.
Room was run down and smelled stale.
Booked last minute for the location- which was great! My only real issue is that we could hear the wind "whistle" all night and it was hard to sleep. Staff was amazing, room was clean and typical breakfast provided. We used the pool (indoor) and it was fine. Plenty of hot water when we needed to shower.
Helpful staff providing local info Went out shopping and told about the Norfolk and Hampton areas

Good location. The wifi was a little unreliable. It was close to the collusium area so you could walk to almost everything. Close to the free way so easy access to the airport.
Great. Very courteous staff. Always greet you whether you are coming or going. Breakfast was awesome too

In close proximity to beach. Variety of restraunts all within a mile. Staff is very friendly. Continental breakfast is above average. As far as cleanliness this hotel would rank 4 out of 5. Holiday inn express is a great chain . Thanks
