Our beachside Excellence club bartender Charlie was the best, Ambar who checked us in was awesome every time we saw her, room service staff was friendly. Some of the restaurant staff (specifically women) had attitudes and were short with us. The overall experience at the resort was just okay. We likely won’t be back as some other resort brand club level experiences were much better. Room issues included no water in the middle of the night, shower appliances loose, ants in the room and private pool areas, room Service came in and did not replenish toiletries. Inconsistent bar menu from bar to bar at property.

Overall the vacation was awesome. The swim up suite is the way to go. The staff was very friendly. Plenty to do and activities to participate in or to do nothing. The resort was not overcrowded but towels for the beach and pool area were hard to come by. The drinks were good and the food was OK.

Beautiful property, friendly. )It’s on the Atlantic side- and gorgeous - water rougher though for swimming but not bad.) Beach was great to walk. We didn’t leave the property except for one guided excursion- but it’s very large. Tons of pool and beach chairs - with sun shade if needed. Loved our private pool/patio - ultra relaxing. Liked the adult only atmosphere for a couples trip. Evening entertainment very fun. Nice food choices.
