Excellent Choice!

We loved it.

3 stars hotel experience.

I traveled from NYC. I like the fact they have lots of entertainment, the Mexican Restaurant was the best one. The Japanese was ok and the Grill I didn’t like the service and the food was not that great. They need to improve the restaurant reservation. I had to go several times to be able to do a reservation for any of the 4 restaurants that they have at the property. The lady kept saying you have to reserve 2 days in advance but my staying was only for 5 nights so I was only able to booked 2 places, the grill restaurant they booked two times an an error and the Japanese was the only one booked correctly . The Mexican restaurant which I enjoyed the most I had to switch with another family that I met at the pool. The Italian restaurant I were not able to enjoy because they didn’t have any opening, but I met another family that tipped them to be able to enjoy the restaurant which it’s not a good thing to do.The buffet I will give it a 2 star, food not that great, the drinks Tate like no liquor. Even if you ask for more alcohol you still don’t taste it. The beach it’s not impressive a bit dirty, the water not crystal clean. Even the premium areas for the beach was not that clear as expected.

The food was OK (mediocre). After we were waiting for 2 and a half hours for check-in after the official check-in time, we were offered late checkout, but we had to remind the staff to keep this promise multiple times.
