Vey nice place
Really nice place to stay. Staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and very comfortable. There wasnt enough parking which leftnus a bit pankicking when we got back late from a show but the woman at the front desk allowed us to park in a spot that wasnt actually a spot and made sure she had ournroom number so it wouldnt get towed.
A little disappointed that this room is called a suite. It’s just a regular room
Arrived early and the staff were able to get me into my room!! Staff is friendly & helpful, hotel is nice, quiet, and very clean. Breakfast was good, with several options. Would stay here again if in the area!!
We had problems getting housekeeping to clean our room. When they did come left our door open. The lighting was so dim in the bedroom it was hard to see. Overhead light in bathroom was out. We had stayed at this property before and fhad a great stay. The money i paid for this room i expected better.Next trip back will not stay at this hotel

Everything was great except for breakfast. The hash browns were not cooked completely and soggy, same with the sausage (could have been cooked more). Ran out of yogurt, attendant would not refill. Ran out of coffee, took forever to swap dispenser. Attendant snippy and short with customers.
Beds were clean and comfy. Love the fire pit. I understand why this hotel fills up quickly. Very nice!

It’s a nice looking property from a distance. I had issues with dirty rooms. Had to move 3 times and the last room was still not up to par
I was only upset that we booked a king room and we got 2 queens.
Everything was excellent except the A/C did not work. No action was taken after reported.
I loved this hotel , really 5 star treatment ! I will stay here often my new favorite spot! Very clean and great Atmosphere. Also the Receptionist I think her name was Shakira she was extremely nice and made check in a breeze
Hotel was in a safe area. Breakfast is posted on the website, but is only granola bar, muffin, water and orange. Not good for diabetics or those on keto low carb. Room needed both housekeeping and maintenance on an overnight stay. Has a pool, but is not heated. Fitness center has tiny individually packed finger wipes from a restaurant to wipe down machines.

I am so sorry that you had that experience with our breakfast and staff. We do strive for perfection but unfortunately mistakes happen. We will definitely be working on those issues and hope that the next time you visit your experience is better.
