Clean room, good location, weak breakfast
Whole property smelled like weed, inside and out. Staff not friendly and upon check in told pool closed for weekend (even though was clearly in service) and no housekeeping services on the weekend. Breakfast was a gallon jug of milk set in a bowl of melting ice with prepackaged muffins and some cereal. Hairs found upon pulling down bed so clearly sheets not laundered. We checked out early and moved properties it was that bad.
For a quick one-night stay, the price was right, the facility was clean and the staff friendly.
It was pleasant.
The hotel was a great place to stay. Super clean and comfortable. Check-in was super fast and attendant very friendly. Will be staying there for any more trips to Washington.
We have stayed a few times here before and haven't been since before the pandemic. The gal that worked long hours over the time we stayed was amazing and professional, however, I worry about the one that checked us in. The workout room was inoperable because of the door and having the fitness center is one of the reasons we booked. Coming from the restaurant industry, there was no way I was touching anything from the continental breakfast. Nobody was looking after the cleanliness. Overall, it just seems the place is not kept up the same and we will probably seek other options in the area next time we go back.
Pillows were for kids and only 2 per person... will not give us 3... breakast was bad specially garbage overflowing and spread arround the can.... they had waffles, and the waffle maker was dirty and no waffla batter left in machine but spillred all over the counter..... no one look after the breakfast room.... i only saw 1 staff all 3 day stay... she had to do everything... never saw a housekeeping staff...... i will never satay there again...
The hotel needs updating Room was ok But the shower had mold all over it
We waited over 20 minutes in the lobby with nobody area to check in. When entering room the room had a stale odor. Breakfast (that was included) had nothing ready 25 minutes after the start time.
**** DO NOT RECOMMEND **** I’m not usually a complainer but for $178.00 for one night this place sucked. We got a king suite and not only was the carpet stained in various obvious places but so was the furniture. I pulled a night stand out to plug in my phone and there was a nasty stain behind it on the wall. We were in and out a few times and it seems like every other time we used the elevator it smelled like weed. On top of it all when we were getting ready to check out my wife found a roach on the bed! Will not be back.
The room was nice, but the "Full Breakfast" was a pre-packaged muffin. We understand that some hotels have elected NOT to serve breakfast due to Covid, but then it should be indicated as "temporarily suspended" when advertising. Besides city location, this was a TOP consideration for us picking this hotel. Had we known there was NO breakfast being served as advertised, we would have chosen a different hotel in the first place.
The heating needed to be checked took almost 3 hours to get the temperature up. Directions not to clear
We were put on the 4th floor in a room that should be updated. Dusty vent covers and baseboards. The bathroom definitely needed attention. The breakfast was your run of the mill buffet breakfast. The front desk staff was quite nice . If you're going to the casino. i recommend just spending the few extra bucks and stay at the Hyatt where its 5 stars all the time.
The location was in an area that was easy to get around. A good breakfast. It was quiet. There was no hot tub
Very nice hotel for the price. Close to ths outlets and to Washington. Very clean and pleasant.
It was fine for what we paid for. Quiet in the evening and breakfast was ready early in the morning.
We were put in 2 rooms that the furnace was beeping. Staff was great and found us a nice quiet room.
