If you’re going to charge obnoxiously high rates, pay a decent wage to the people that work at the hotel. You must not be because their was absolutely no cleaning crew and it was a disaster. Luckily I could crash on a friends couch. I can only imagine the nightmare others are dealing with tonight.
Great stay
Great location right off of the PA Turnpike and around a lot of stores and restaurants. A bit loud because we were across from a hospital and we heard helicopters and sirens at night. Great staff.
I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. It is my favorite place to stay in Monroeville due to its convenience to the turnpike and restaurants. The staff has always been kind, polite, and helpful and the rooms are very nice.
Overall nice stay.
Even after calling and confirming the room reservation, they did not have the room ready by 10 PM. we had reserved the room with 2 queen beds fully paid, but when we arrived at 10PM the took half an hour to clean another room and put us in a king bed with pull out coach and the room was dirty with wet floor
if you’re looking for a clean, safe hotel that is both budget friendly & conveniently located, look no further.
This is our second time staying here. The first time we had a syringe in our trash can and this time we both in two separate rooms had fresh blood spot on our pillow. During checkin flies was all over the lobby, my ceiling was leaking and garbage in the front and on my floor was there for days. I had to tell Lindsay about it numerous times. They swiped my card for the wrong guest then had to TRY and figure out how to reverse my charge. Never again will i stay there. We checked out and went to North Shore which was 25 minutes away but way cleaner and nicer…..DO NOT STAY HERE.
