For long term stay, this is the best hotel in the Robinson area.
Waited 15 minute at check in- no staff was at the front desk. Once we got to the room the TV didn’t have a signal. Called twice to front desk and no one answered. There was supposed to be silverware service for 4 in the room and we only had a single fork and spoon. We went to the buffet breakfast the next morning at 8:30 - no fresh fruit, no waffle batter, only a few cheese egg omelets that were still frozen in the middle. There was juice! A horrible experience…The location was great though!
Everything was great. Check in was simple. the indoor pool and fitness room was nice. The complimentary breakfast each morning was great. The kitchen within the suite was equipped with everything you need to cook. Comfortable bed and siting area. The Parking is Convenient. Your surrounded my shopping stores and the mall. I will stay here again on my next PA trip.

I am very sorry we did not meet your expectations. I have meetings with some specfic staff members to have some retraining moments to make sure we get back up on the horse so to speak. We take so much pride in providing excellent guest service and I am truly upset that we failed you. I hope to have the opportunity to earn back your trust in our property as we are usually so much better than this.
