It was a good location for me visiting Penn University. The hotel was quiet and I enjoyed using the gym.
The location is within walking distance to the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. Other useful walkable places include a coffee shop, grocery store (ACME), CVS, cinema and multiple restaurants.
It looks as though they are in the process of updating and remodeling. The room I had was a suite and the layout was very weird. The bathroom and closet was in the main bedroom in the back but the pullout couch n table and two sitting areas are in the front of the room. So the guest we had sleeping in the front had to come through our bedroom to use the bathroom and tk a shower. So much for privacy for either spaces! Pool was very clean and hot tub too! Decor was very modest but nice. Will stay again but will try a different room. I stayed in 712.

Location,quiet roomy,entry was not the easist,pleasent employees.
There was no cold running water so we had to switch rooms, then in the second room the ice machine was broke. Also there was no water to buy from the snack machine only sugary drinks. And no one told us the time for breakfast or if there was breakfast
University City makes for a nice visit. You can walk around, eat, enjoy the sites, not far from Center City.
Great place to stay. Need to pay for parking though.
