I always have a good stay here

Loud kids, the breakfast process with the card, room key not working, no coverage for parking, so you had to get all wet to scan your key card and or help button to come and go, several breakfast staff not overly friendly.

The area was very busy. You couldn’t even get in the pool it was so crowded. Of course that’s good for the hotel but you could tell the staff at the breakfast station was overwhelmed and frustrated. The location is convenient. The parking is expensive. They should invest in more carts since the elevators are so far from the rooms on the back side.

No. Heat. Icemaker on floor didn't work. complimentary breakfast sausage potatoes bacon was all cold, No free water in the rooms

Cleanliness and closeness to the airport

Did not do the room cleaning instead of telling the front desk and the cleaning person. Room phone was not working. Had to walk all the way to front desk whenever any thing is needed. Staff was rude. Not a good stay. While booking no Mention of parking is not free

Furniture wearing out and hold. Bathroom needs updating out. Furnace so loud we couldn't sleep.

Unfortunately we did not feel that the room was clean. The rug had dirt and debris all over it, the furniture was broken or falling a part. However, the staff was welcoming, kind and helpful.

Rooms were dated. Rust present in tubs, dirty blankets for pull out bed. Paid parking that didn't work to allow cars in to park. Wood chips on furniture around the refrigerator, stains on furniture.

I wish there had been a fan in the bathroom to keep the mildew from accumulating in the grout. Rot is developing in the moulding & rooms are beginning to look shabby. Seems a lot to pay for rooms that are not well kept.

Nice place for a short business trip

You can tell it was a very old property based off of the structure off the rooms. The rooms were very humid, bathroom has not ventilation which you can see it had mold that was painted over. The vents were very dirty. Was very afraid of what I was breathing in. Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire time I was there. There were a million kids running around unattended to. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay an extra day. We ultimately decided to leave the hotel all together and go somewhere else.

The facilities and room was not cleaned properly and used medical accessories were found. After alerting management and being assured the room would be properly cleaned we returned yet again to a dirty room.

The shuttle service was not available to pick up at the airport

Exceptional customer service!! Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!
