Fairly nice room. The hotel itself do need some TLC but it works for short travels.

The property was right by the mall which was very nice. BUT !!! It was very dirty. I took pictures as well. The elevator floors were disgusting, As soon as I got to my floor it was nasty and needed to be vacuumed. There was hair in my shower. The bed I slept in was old and sank down. I tried to book another room else where but they were all sold out for the weekend. The night staff at the desk when you come in were standing around talking loud and cackling. They just stare at you. No greetings. I am 30 weeks pregnant and Was so uncomfortable for two days in a old bed! I wouldn’t recommend!!

This is an older, outdated hotel. Overpriced. Unless you have to stay there for a convention, there are many other newer hotels nearby in much better and newer condition. No microwave in the room which was surprising.
Outdated. Dead bolt on door didn’t work. Not worth the price.
Great hotel, great staff, very clean. Room are spacious highly recommended.
Coming down for a hockey tournament. I had to cancel late in the evening because our team didn’t make it to the next round. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. I appreciate them understanding and giving me a full refund. Kudos to them for their excellent service and making it easy
