It’s an old run down place
Very rundown motel, definitely not up to par for the La Quinta brand.
Bathroom was very dirty, faucet was leaking very bad, exterior property very dirty, breakfast was very bad, garbage containers were very full and no one empty them. The only advantage in this hotel is the proximity of the MCO
An OK motel but it was Saturday and the nearby restaurant was loud. There was a lot of tobacco smoke smell floating around too.
Dirty bathroom, bath mat moldy, shower curtain stained, sheets old and pilled, obvious water damage in bathroom, cabinet holding refrigerator was filthy. Sub par at best.
This property is in dire need of a facelift. Bathrooms were gross. Spend the extra cash and get something nicer. Wasn’t even worth the discounted price.

Overall, a good stay. Rooms matched the photos, so no surprises there. Unfortunately the bedside lamp switch could turn on, but not off, the sink drain plug didn’t allow for rapid draining, same with the bathtub drain plug, and the water temperature control for the shower would not allow for complete shutoff of water flow out of the tub spout, and, as is super common, you could smell that the room formerly has housed smokers. 4/5 stay though.
